Freddy A. Maldonado focuses his practice on a variety of immigration matters including family-based petitions, asylum and removal/deportation proceedings, TPS, naturalizations, removal of conditions on lawful permanent resident cards, amongst others. He cares for every case he handles at the law firm and is eager to assist clients.
Mr. Maldonado graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in December 2022 and subsequently passed the February 2023 Florida Bar. He currently holds a Florida bar license. Mr. Maldonado graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida in May 2019.
He started his law school career at Florida International University College of Law that fall, where he was awarded the Spak Scholarship for superior academic performance after his first year in law school and ranked number 7 out of 145 students in his class prior to transferring to UF Law for Spring 2021. Throughout his law school career, Mr. Maldonado worked at multiple law firms including Pavese Law Firm in Ft. Myers, FL, and externed at the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings for Judge Cathy M. Sellers before joining the Maldonado & Vallejo Immigration Law as an attorney in March 2023. He has also been part of various organizations including the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of the Florida Bar.
